How Could You Be So Jobless?

It’s being called “Reduction In Force” and yet another force, which will be doing the same work was implemented in another state. Not even outsourcing. So the ‘job-hunt’ has been underway since 7-1, but nothin doin. Such is life, I guess.

Real offer £80m for Ronaldo, World Record

Manchester United have allowed talks between Real Madrid and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Manchester United have received a world-record, unconditional offer of £80million for Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid.

At the request of Cristiano – who has again expressed his desire to leave – and after discussion with the player’s representatives, United have agreed to give Real Madrid permission to talk to the player.

Matters are expected to be concluded by 30 June. The club will not comment until further notice.

Looks like the inevitable is happening. I always had a feeling about it. The only thing that eased my mind was when SAF said “I wouldn’t sell that mob(Madrid) a virus.” I think it’s going to be interesting to see where United go from here. Ronaldo, albeit a fussy one, will leave the Red Devils with a huge gap on the wing. I think he’s done his job here, honestly. Being with United for over 5 seasons and he’s won his share of trophies playing for United. Accolades will still come to the young man, 24, and surely he will still shine in La Liga. We shall see. I said it last year, let him go if he want’s to go. I’d rather have players on the team that want to be on the team, than a superstar who doesn’t. But in all fairness, Ronaldo has done things with Manchester United that no one else will do for a long time, respectively. And for that, I say congratulations Ronaldo. Everyone get’s what they want(ed).

Manchester United have already cashed in and sold Fraizer Campbell for, I think, £6m. And they are almost on the oust with Tevez looking more and more like going to City. It makes you wonder if United are trying to get as much money as they can to bring in, perhaps Benzema from Lyon and Ribery from Munich. United are also looking at Valencia from Wigan.

Rafael Is Out For 1 Month

ESPN writes:

The Brazilian has impressed so far this season making 11 Premier League appearances – with just two as substitute – and has scored one goal. The promising youngster has also featured in all five of United’s Carling Cup games en route to Sunday’s final but is denied his place in the Wembley showpiece.

“Rafael is out for a month with a slight hairline fracture of his ankle,” Ferguson said in his pre-match press conference. “It’s a blow for the kid because he’s been playing in all the games and he’s done so well. He deserves to be in the final.”

United 0 – 0 Inter

Manchester United just couldn’t score against a sleeping Inter Milan. Ronaldo had probably the best chances with a header at goal to be saved by the Inter keeper and a free kick at the very end of the game which was saved by the chest of the keeper as well. The free kick really should have been scored as the goalie simply did not see it until the very end when it struck him in the chest.

Awkward Moments pt.1

Don’t you just hate awkward moments? I was speaking to a homie of mine and we traded storie’s of some VERY awkward moments that we’ve had in our past, and his was just too funny to not blog about it. Here’s the story:

“funny story actually.
I have this habit of calling my daughter monkey for some reason. We were at the park YESTERDAY and it was getting kinda dark so we were about to go….well this black couple comes up with their two year old son to start playing so we hang around so Iza can have some kid interaction or whatever…

“Im following my daughter around the park…and she starts hanging on the bar right above the slide…so naturally I say to my wife… ‘Look honey at the little…’ then I stalled out….
after about 5 seconds of uncomfortable stares from the black people and my wife…I deliver it in all is awkwardness and say ‘monkey.’

which made it worse….

“I would have been fine except for my guilty stall out. We departed in a cloud of shame shortly after.”
